Holy moley it’s been a month, hasn’t it?

With the lock-down still in effect, the project has continued to go full-steam ahead.
So to counteract the Corona Crazies, (aka) the Iso Irrits, (aka) the Rona Restlessness, (aka) the COVID Cuckoo’s, I’ve released a tonne of new content to share with you all :)

So let’s take a look at what went down in this this months development blog!

New Website landing page!

First up, to keep things fresh….I’ve updated the Millennium Exile website.
The landing page image was changed to the image featured below, and the Downloads & Extras section along with a Backers page have all been added / updated, so be sure to pop on by and check it out :)

4-page Manga short

The first installation of the lock-down content this month was a 4-page manga special - depicting a confrontation between Lan, Kouru and Tetsuya. This scene is pulled from a portion of the Demo Reel and was renovated to imitate the panels of a Manga or Webtoon.

Dancing with the Devil Short Story

Not so much a short “story” as it is an exert, but Dancing with the Devil takes place well into the Millennium Exile story, and throws the reader into the build up between Vincent and Xarus; as they prepare for their final showdown!

Millennium Exile Wallpapers

I also recently released some wallpapers that had been previously been restricted to Patreons only.
Patrons of the project had these to themselves for around 8 months, and to compensate I made up a new batch and rolled these ones out to the public :)

Word Scavenger Hunt

I wanted to hold some sort of a competition to help everyone pass the time… but honestly didn’t know what to do.
A friend of mine, Josh, wrote a code that takes the letters of any word and arranges them into a casserole of nonsense. This resulted in a 20 page word hunt, in which the first to complete it would receive a signed A1 poster of any artwork of their choosing.

Shortly after making the announcement, fans around the world got to work trying to find those words and it was Jack Murray of NSW that ultimately won the prize!

Kyo reboot comparison

Agito 2020 Reboot - WIP

And that about wraps things up for this month.
More progress is being made and some bigger developments are still underway beneath the surface.
I’ll be sure to update you all just as soon as possible with all the things being worked on back of house and Agito’s reboot should be ready any day now :) Aside from that, keep safe and stay happy please.
